His quick and holistic appreciation of leading-edge Information
technologies and their impact on the enterprise have led
to important roles in setting IT architecture and direction
for Fortune 100 and other large enterprises as well as leading
startups in the Bay area, in diverse product markets including
Demand Chain Optimization, Voice over IP Telephony, Employee
Business Services, Oil and Gas, Human Resources and Financial
Services. A Ph.D in Database Security and Master in Business
Administration from one of the leading institute in India.
He is based in U.S. and guiding the software team based
in Bangalore.

V.R.Padmanabhan with over 40 years experience in Hardware
and Software engineering, worked in telemetry field for
over 35 years and was instrumental in commissioning, installing
and implementing many telemetry based systems for Railways
and other Government bodies in India when he was working
for Indian Telephone Industries Ltd.,Bangalore. and also
gained wide experience in the field of RFID over past several
years. Responsible for implementation of all the projects
of Exultsoft, he is the senior most person of the management
